fact that source code and images of web pages are readily
available for downloading once they are online, 50% of
estimate for the project must be paid in advance. (Projects
under $50.00 require payment in full.) A private URL will be
setup for viewing of the Site as it is being created and to
provide feedback. Payment in full must be made before viewing
of the final project. Images will be marked as "Preview
Copy" until full payment is recieved.
